Role Description:
Autocom is seeking a full-time on-site Information Technology Support Specialist based in Karachi. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, providing help desk support, and maintaining desktop computers. The role also involves ensuring smooth IT operations, resolving technical issues, and offering support to end-users.
Qualifications:
- Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Help Desk skills
- Experience in Desktop Computers and IT
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Relevant certifications like CompTIA A+ or MCITP
