Job Description
We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team at CloudLogically and provide exceptional technical assistance. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Office365, Sharepoint, Microsoft Admin, Microsoft Teams, and Windows Server environments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline technical support for end-users on hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage Office365 applications and troubleshoot Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Administer Sharepoint sites, including content management, permissions, and customization.
- Maintain and configure Microsoft Admin tools.
- Facilitate communication through Microsoft Teams.
- Monitor Windows Server infrastructure and perform maintenance tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Proven experience in IT support roles, focusing on specified areas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication abilities.
- Understanding of networking concepts and relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and excel in a fast-paced environment.
