Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for night shift for an Information Technology Specialist at Klevr Media in Karachi. The IT Specialist will be responsible for network administration, information technology, troubleshooting, network security, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Skills in Network Administration, Information Technology, and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Network Security and Customer Service
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Experience in software development or related field is a plus
