Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for IT issues.
- Technical support for hardware, software, and network problems.
- Incident management and resolution.
- Hardware procurement and inventory management.
- Documentation of IT processes and solutions.
- User training on systems and applications.
Additional Requirements:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Portal Management: Lead the IT customer support portal, ensuring it remains an effective and user-friendly platform for issue reporting and resolution tracking.
- User Engagement.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate technical information to non-technical users.
- Executive Support Experience: Proven experience in providing support to top management or director-level personnel, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience and a degree in Computer Science or a related field, and ITIL certified candidate will be preferred.
