Job Description
Manage local and wide-area data and voice networks by providing access to network resources, maintaining equipment, and monitoring network performance.
Interpret needs and oversee planning, installation, setup, support, and documentation of network systems.
Evaluate and recommend Network/Telecom hardware and software components and upgrades as required.
Respond to the needs and questions of clients concerning their access to resources on the network.
Install, upgrade, and configure Network/Telecom hardware and software.
Liaison with Head Office IT teams for new and upgrade Network/Telecom issues.
Obtain optimum IT Network/Telecom Services.
Work cross-functionally to execute network strategies.
Network/Telecom Internal Audit & compliance monitoring.
Network/Telecom monthly reports for management.
