Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site Technical Support Team Lead role located in Rawalpindi. The IT Support Team Lead will manage and supervise a team of IT Support Engineers, overseeing helpdesk tickets and monitoring IT systems. The IT Support Team Lead will also be responsible for making recommendations for system and process improvements and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Information Technology and Troubleshooting
- Strong technical support skills and IT Service Management
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing and supervising IT engineers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
