Qualifications:
- Technical Recruiting and IT Recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of Information Technology and technical roles
- Full-life Cycle Recruiting experience
- Expertise in candidate sourcing and screening
- Ability to manage the hiring process
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Collaborative work approach with hiring managers
- IT industry experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, IT, or related field
