Job Description
Joyland is looking to hire for the position of “Information Technology Technician”
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitoring: Ensuring proper functioning of surveillance system and responding to alarms.
- Diagnosing: Resolving technical faults promptly.
- Installation: Setting up new equipment and CCTV systems.
- Configuration: Ensuring compatibility with software and proper wiring.
- Maintenance: Repairing equipment, upgrading software, and monitoring performance.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in cameras, cabling, networking principles, CCTV maintenance, and surveillance setup.
- Problem-solving, customer service, communication, and ability to work under pressure.
- Structured cabling knowledge, 2 years’ security camera experience.
- Ability to read floor plans and install support structures.
