Role Description:
This full-time on-site role involves troubleshooting and providing technical support for our information technology systems at Sana Naturals LLP. As an IT Technician, you will ensure smooth operations, conduct customer service, and train users on software and hardware usage.
Qualifications:
- Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Knowledge of Information Technology systems and software
- Ability to train users on software and hardware
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant IT certifications are a plus
