Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Technician. The IT Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, providing technical support, and managing our IT infrastructure. The IT Technician will also provide customer service and training to users.
Qualifications
- Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills
- Experience in Information Technology
- Experience in installation of CCTV Cameras, Attendance Machines, Smoke detectors, Networking, Data Center configuration.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to train users on various technologies
- Experience with hardware and software installations, configurations, and updates
- Knowledge of networking and security protocols
- Experience in managing IT projects is a plus
