This volunteer remote role involves conducting training sessions and workshops, creating training materials, providing guidance to trainees, and evaluating training effectiveness. Collaboration with team members for curriculum development is also expected.
Qualifications:
- MSc in Food Science and Technology or HND
- Experience in remote training
- Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning theories
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Experience in preservation or processing field is advantageous
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar tools
