Job Description
- Organize a minimum of 4 to 6 BLS and Basic Resuscitation Skills Course and 1 to 2 of each advanced course. (ACLS/PALS/HBB/CPR Awareness/NRP) in a month and supervise the team members to ensure 100% course arrangements are complete.
- Prepare 100% updated record keeping for all courses and workshops (trained students in the courses and instructor).
- After completing the AHA certified courses, complete the paperwork according to the checklist and send to Bosch Medicus (proper handing taking).
- Perform departmental operational tasks.
- Finalize venue, instructors, organize the classroom, arrange refreshments and IT equipment, and print course conducting materials with 80% effectiveness.
- Maintain 80% updated summary report of departmental working and budget.
- Maintain the monthly and annual department activity report.
- Maintain the data of monthly deduction course fees for candidates registered/attending the ELS-IRTC Courses.
- Maintain the data of petty cash.
- Monthly indent department stationary and work on printing certificates for local courses.
- Proper communication (involving providing course information and resolving queries) during Telephonic and reception Dialing.
- Cleaning/Maintenance of the department.
- Mannequin cleaning and maintenance (mannequin cleaning after conducting every course).
- Course Equipment’s maintenance (Proper handling taking over).
- Mutual respect and proper communication with department coworkers.
