Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Insurance Claims processing, especially infidelity and other claims related to BB policy.
- Claims lodgment, documentation, correspondence with insurance surveyors, relevant departments for completion of claims requirements.
Requirement:
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all infidelity claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and submit comprehensive reports on each claim, detailing findings and recommendations.
- Communicate professionally, providing updates and addressing inquiries in a timely manner.
- Ensure seamless communication between internal teams to facilitate the efficient processing of claims.
