Job Description
We are in search of motivated call center tele sales agents and sales specialists to drive business growth in the insurance sector, particularly focusing on motor insurance through BPO processing and tele sales.
Requirements: Ideal candidates are energetic, persuasive, and results-driven. This role is exclusively sales-oriented, not administrative.
Skills: Essential skills include strong communication abilities, persuasive selling techniques, basic MS Office proficiency, and fluency in English.
Compensation: The salary ranges from $25,00 to $45,00, with the potential to earn commissions of up to $100,00 monthly based on performance.
Location: This is an on-site position located in DHA Phase 2, near Gate 3, GT Road, close to GIGA Mall. Candidates are responsible for their own transportation.
