Job Description
Healthrix seeks a detail-oriented Insurance Verification Specialist to verify patient insurance and demographics, confirm eligibility and coverage with patients and care teams, and ensure accurate, timely charge entry. The role also resolves US front-desk inquiries and AR denials related to coding or charge entry, maintains HIPAA compliance, and supports colleagues with email correspondence and daily operational issues in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
- Experience: 1–2 years relevant (eligibility verification preferred)
- Skills: strong written and verbal communication, Microsoft Office proficiency, professional appearance, ability to prioritize tasks
- Employment: full-time, in-person; open to male and female candidates
- Salary: Rs60,00–Rs100,00/month
