Job Description
Ibex, on behalf of one of its global clients, is seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager who will be responsible for shaping strategic vision for Marketing and Brand communications across markets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Marketing and Brand communications strategies
- Drive conversion, acquisition, retention, and loyalty
- Brainstorm innovative marketing ideas for digital and social media
- Ensure alignment with marketing campaign and strategy
- Research market trends for revenue opportunities
- Lead multi-channel campaigns and manage marketing content calendar
- Create marketing programs for B2B2C and B2C partners
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to marketing team
- Write compelling copy for various mediums
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 7+ years experience in Advertising, PR, or Marketing
- Experience in insurance or financial services industry
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Expertise in strategy development and copywriting
- Effective communication, presentation, and leadership abilities
- Comfortable with EST time zone
