Job Description
Ibex, on behalf of its client, is seeking an Integration Specialist to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle daily cases and order fulfillment as per department policies.
- Prioritize tasks based on department rules, manage work overflow.
- Communicate with dealers/vendors via phone and email.
- Provide quality service both internally and externally.
- Document client interactions and escalate unresolved issues.
- Stay informed about product changes and updates.
- Act as backup for the Support and Reconnections team.
- Identify opportunities for process/product enhancements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Ability to maintain positive client relationships.
- Comfortable working in EST time zone (Evening/Night).
