Job Description
Intelligent Sales and Field Officer (IFOs & SIFOSs)
Topsun Group is currently seeking Intelligent Sales and Field Officers (IFOs & SIFOSs) to join our rapidly growing team. As an Intelligent Sales and Field Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our agrochemical products, as well as developing effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. You will also be responsible for conducting market research, monitoring competitor activity, and providing valuable insights to management for strategic improvements.
Qualifications:
- Strong agricultural knowledge and industry experience
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture or a related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales database software
- Willingness to travel frequently
