Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with network administration tasks, including user account creation, device configuration, and basic server maintenance.
- Perform basic troubleshooting for network and IT-related issues under the guidance of senior team members.
- Learn and document network operating systems (Windows, Linux) and network protocols (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS).
- Assist with data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
- Conduct research and gather information on new technologies and trends in the IT and networking field.
- Prepare reports and presentations on assigned tasks and findings.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, demonstrating willingness to learn and contribute.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, IT).
