Job Description
The responsibilities of the internees would include but are not limited to:
- Assisting NOC engineers in monitoring and maintaining network systems.
- Helping us with the new building operations.
- Responding to alerts and resolving network issues under supervision.
- Assisting in documenting network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
- Participating in team meetings and contributing ideas for process improvements.
Requirements Qualification:
Bachelors in IT/relevant field.
Experience: Fresh graduates
