What will Intern Regulatory Affairs do?

Project Name: SIM Sale Data Automation Project

Objective: To streamline and automate the process of submitting SIM sale data pertaining to Jazz Sales Channel’s operations.

Scope: The project requires internal alignment with all stakeholders for the acquisition and submission of error-free details for required Franchise and Retail level SIM sale operations.

Key responsibilities of the intern:

– Collaborate with all CRA regions for scoping and requirement gathering

– Collaborate with the project team to resolve SIM sale data reporting anomalies

– Streamline development on the BI side

– Assist in the collection and alignment of data from various stakeholders

– Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues with the portal’s functionality, especially in relation to unique variables

Key deliverables of the intern:

– Effectively process and manage assigned tasks and responsibilities

– Provide weekly updates on the progress of tasks

– Prepare final reports/presentations on the learnings and skill improvements while interning at Jazz.

The role reports directly to the Expert Regulatory Affairs.

Requirements:

Eligibility Criteria:

– Bachelor’s degree

– Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills

– Self-directed and able to work without supervision

– Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and ideas
