1. Assist in Planning and Conducting Internal Audits: Contribute to the development and execution of comprehensive audit plans.
2. Evaluate Internal Controls: Review and assess the effectiveness of internal controls to mitigate risks.
3. Recommend Improvements: Identify areas for enhancement and provide valuable recommendations to optimize processes.
4. Ensure Financial Accuracy: Perform rigorous audit procedures to maintain the integrity and reliability of financial information.
5. Prepare Audit Reports: Summarize findings effectively and communicate them to management through comprehensive audit reports.
6. Monitor Corrective Actions: Follow up on audit recommendations and oversee the implementation of corrective measures.
7. Support Audit Development: Assist in creating audit programs and testing procedures to streamline processes.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or ACCA qualification or finalist status.
• Experience: 2-3 years of hands-on experience in internal audit or a related field.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex audit scenarios.
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with the ability to communicate findings clearly.
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with the capacity to work independently and efficiently.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
