Job Description

This role involves ensuring Fatima Group internal controls, policies, and procedures are effective, compliant, and minimize risks. Candidate needs to conduct audits, assess risks, ensure compliance with laws and regulations, report findings to line manager and management, follow up on recommendations if any.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Audits: Plan and execute internal audits across various departments and functions to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and identify areas of risk.
• Risk Assessment: Analyze and evaluate the organization risk management processes to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
• Compliance: Ensure the organization complies with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards by reviewing policies and procedures and recommending changes as necessary.
• Reporting: Prepare audit reports detailing findings, recommendations, and areas for improvement, and present them to senior management and the board of directors.
• Follow-Up: Track the implementation of audit recommendations by management and verify that corrective actions have been taken effectively.

Qualification & Experience: ACCA or CA Finalist with 3-4 years post training experience.
