Job Description:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to market and sell software-based products, services, and solutions on a global scale.
- Design and implement dynamic digital marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels to generate leads and convert them into mature sales.
- Monitor and optimize the performance of online campaigns, utilizing analytics tools to assess and improve ROI.
- Actively participate in international trade exhibitions to identify and cultivate leads, fostering robust business relationships and expanding market presence.
- Manage and nurture customer accounts, ensuring exceptional service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure great customer experience and successful project deliveries.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions, providing insights to guide strategic decision-making.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
Qualification:
- Bachelors in Business, Engineering or related fields
- 2-3 years experience in international IT/software sales and marketing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
