Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Client Coordinator to join our team at Appedology Pvt. Ltd. As an International Client Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be managing and maintaining relationships with our US-based clients.
You will be tasked with coordinating various client activities, including but not limited to, ensuring timely delivery of products and services, handling client inquiries and requests, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a strong understanding of international business practices.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for US-based clients
- Coordinate and track all client activities and ensure timely delivery
- Address and resolve client inquiries and concerns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs and expectations
