Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant International at Eighteen located in Islamabad. The Property Consultant International will be responsible for helping clients buy, sell, and conducting market research, preparing property listings, meeting with clients to discuss their needs and preferences, and negotiating offers.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and property laws/regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
- Bachelor’s degree, business, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales or consultancy
- Additional languages spoken are a plus
- Familiarity with luxury property markets is an asset
