Job Description
Horyzon Zero Services, situated in Karachi, is on the lookout for a dedicated International Customer Service Representative. As the primary liaison for our customers, you will engage with them through phone, email, and chat. Your key responsibilities will involve processing orders, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Outstanding English communication skills.
- A minimum of O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualification.
- Strong multitasking capabilities.
- Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in customer service is preferred.
