Job Description

Salary: PKR 45,00 – 50,00 per month + uncapped incentives
Locations: Gulshan-e-Iqbal & Gulistan-e-Johar, Karachi (On-site)
Shift Options: 6:00 PM–2:00 AM, 8:00 PM–4:00 AM, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM (Monday-Saturday)
Potential Earnings: Up to PKR 200,00 per month!
Key Responsibilities:
– Address international customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
– Ensure compliance with service quality standards.
Requirements:
– Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
– Basic computer and typing skills.
– Availability for night shifts (Monday-Saturday).
– (Previous experience is a plus but not mandatory)
