Job Description
ABS International is seeking a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Gulshan-e-Iqbal and Gulistan-e-Johar. This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from PKR 40,00 to PKR 45,00 per month, along with PKR 20,00 in incentives. The schedule includes Monday through Saturday, with shifts available from 6 PM to 2 AM or 10 PM to 6 AM PKT.
The successful candidate will provide assistance to international customers through phone, email, and chat, foster strong client relationships, promote our products globally, and collaborate effectively to resolve issues.
Applicants should have over one year of experience in international customer service, fluency in professional English, and the ability to work night shifts. Familiarity with CRM systems is preferred.
