Job Description
Description: In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers reaching out via phone, email, or chat. Your main responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service that reflects our commitment to customer satisfaction.
Candidate Must Have:
- Exceptional English communication skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
- Minimum O Level/A Level or Intermediate qualification.
- A master multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive, customer-centric attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus.
Location: Block A Bangalore Town, Shaheed-e-Millat Rd, Karachi.
Pay: Rs40,00.00 – Rs70,00.00 per month
