Job Description
As the first point of contact for our customers via phone, email, and chat, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service. Your responsibilities will include taking and processing orders, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience that aligns with our commitment to excellence.
Requirements:
- Excellent English skills with a passion for customer service.
- Minimum O Level/A Level or Intermediate education.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
