Job Description
Logix Solutions is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to support our esteemed client. This role focuses on international customer interactions during night shifts, based in Karachi.
Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries via phone and email, providing effective solutions, and ensuring timely responses to enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess intermediate education and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
