Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated International Customer Service Representative for a full-time on-site role in Karachi, located on Shah Re Faisal. In this position, you will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, provide information, and process orders across various channels including phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
