Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Specialist located in Karāchi. The Customer Support Specialist’s day-to-day tasks include resolving customer concerns and inquiries, providing technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a high level of professionalism and positive attitude. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for phone, email, and chat interactions with customers.
