Job Description
Responsibilities
- Managing international customer service inquiries for our international clients over the phone and email
- Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Requirements
- The candidate must be intermediate / Fresh with no experience
- The applicants must have strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Freshers are encouraged to apply
- Experience in international customer support/Call Centre is a plus
- Should be flexible for shifts
Education:
Intermediate or above
Timings:
7 PM – 4 AM
Salary and Benefits:
