Job Description

Location: On-site in Karachi
Salary: PKR 45,00–50,00/month + Performance-Based Incentives + PKR 3,00 Attendance Allowance
Shift Options: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM, or 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM PKT
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot issues according to established protocols
- Maintain precise records in the CRM system
- Comply with quality and compliance standards
Qualifications: Fluent in English, basic computer skills, flexible for night shifts, and a dedication to training.
