Job Description
Sourcecode Software House is looking for a dedicated Customer Support Executive for the night shift, from 9 PM to 6 AM. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding service and effectively address customer inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer queries through phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information on products and services.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Document and track all customer interactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues.
Requirements:
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
