Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Support various projects using TRAFiX OMS, including installations, configurations, patches, and upgrades.
- Quickly identify, analyze, and rectify alerts & issues, escalate if necessary.
- Communicate with internal teams and clients on implementations.
- Review and update CRM ticket queues daily.
- Respond to queries on internal and external client group chats.
- Handle customer requests related to GUI via XML files.
- Test, identify, and diagnose functionality errors within testing protocols.
- Work closely with clients via emails and telephone.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Address production support issues by collaborating with traders and support teams.
- Conduct project scoping and analyze client requirements.
- Create technical documentation and serve as a support lead.
- Ensure OMS implementation meets business requirements.

Shift Timings: 6pm-3am / 12am-8am / 11am-8pm
