Job Description
Crossroad Consultants Pakistan seeks a full-time, in-person International Education Consultant (counseling-only; no sales targets). Candidates must have 1–4 years’ experience in overseas education counseling and a Bachelor’s degree (Education or related preferred).
- Provide one-on-one advising: evaluate profiles and recommend countries, universities, and programs;
- Explain admissions criteria, timelines, and intakes; counsel on tests (IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, GRE, GMAT), SOPs, LORs, and CVs;
- Maintain accurate counseling records, monitor visa and education trends; CRM experience preferred.
