Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day-to-day import sourcing operations and shipment tracking.
- Maintain an updated import shipments database.
- Follow up on procurement operations, including purchase orders, logistics, and payments.
- Ensure agility and speed in procurement for timely delivery to the factory.
- Perform due diligence on vendors as directed.
- Summarize landing costs and prepare variance analysis for imports.
- Thorough and timely data entry into the ERP system.
- Proper documentation and record-keeping as per SOPs.
Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree required.
- 1-2 years of procurement experience with import management exposure.
- Analytical personality with strong Excel skills.
- Experience with ERP systems is beneficial.
- Understanding of international operations.
