Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
- Facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
- Collaborate with HR team members to negotiate job offers and onboard new hires.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various functions and levels.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and deadlines.
