Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and other team members.
• Facilitate the interview process, provide feedback to candidates, and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
• Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
• Collaborate with HR team members to negotiate job offers and onboard new hires.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other HR databases.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of sourcing and hiring candidates across various functions and levels.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting recruitment goals and deadlines.
