Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore for an International Recruitment Consultant. The International Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for interviewing and recruiting candidates, consulting with clients, and assisting with graduate recruitment programs. The International Recruitment Consultant will also be responsible for arranging international placements for healthcare professionals.
Qualifications
- Experience in international recruitment and consulting
- Ability to interview and recruit candidates
- Experience in graduate recruitment
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, International Relations, or a related field
