Key Responsibilities
- Establish and expand our international recruitment portfolio within the organization.
- Invest 50% of your time in fulfilling client requirements until a dedicated team is formed.
- Make proactive cold calls to facilitate placements until a dedicated team is in place.
- Secure retainer agreements with clients for recruitment services.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external recruiters to source top-tier candidates.
- Engage closely with clients to understand and address their recruitment needs effectively.
- Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely fee collection as deals progress.
- Develop and lead a high-performing team, replicating successful business models and assigning sectors to team members.
Minimum Requirements
- Demonstrated integrity and commitment to loyalty.
- Office presence for a minimum of 4 days per week.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international recruitment.
- Access to your own LinkedIn Recruiter account.
