Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist at Pace Logistics PK, located in Sialkot. The specialist will develop and execute sales and marketing strategies, generate leads, maintain client relationships, conduct market research, and analyze sales data. Collaboration with teams to optimize marketing campaigns and identify new business opportunities is key.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven sales and marketing experience, preferably in logistics or freight forwarding
- Strong marketing knowledge and skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Market trend and customer behavior analysis abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Negotiation and persuasive skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Fluency in English and Urdu, both written and spoken
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management is a bonus
