Shift: Mon-Fri (10:30am-7:00pm), Sat (10:30am-4pm)

Job Summary: Seeking bilingual Sales and Retention Specialists fluent in Arabic and English to drive revenue growth through customer acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation, Sales Pitch, Relationship Building, Customer Support, Feedback, Loyalty Programs

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree, 2-3 years in sales or customer success, strong Arabic and English communication, CRM expertise

Key Competencies: Sales Acumen, Customer Focus, Resilience, Analytical, Adaptability
