Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Live chat (through PPC / SEO)
- Lead generating
- Customer dealing (through WhatsApp, email, and for their queries)
- Negotiating (close deals and handle complaints or objections)
- Building relationships with clients
- Communicating effectively with support personnel
- Target achievement
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Collaborate with team members for better results
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
JOB SPECIFICATION:
- Must have 6 months to 1 year of call center experience in any campaign
- Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
- Customer dealing
- English fluency
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Qualification: Intermediate minimum
- Shifts: Day & Night
- Location: DHA Phase 5
