Job Description
Job Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the primary liaison between our company and customers. Your responsibilities will include handling orders, addressing customer inquiries, and delivering outstanding service through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat.
Qualifications:
- Outstanding English communication skills and a genuine desire to assist customers.
- Minimum educational qualification of O Level/A Level or Intermediate.
- Strong multitasking abilities in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, customer-focused approach coupled with effective problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in customer service or international sales is advantageous.
