Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails professionally and promptly
- Provide accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions
- Help customers troubleshoot technical issues and resolve complaints
- Process orders, track shipments, and ensure on-time delivery
- Identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
- Make outbound calls with quality interactions
- Achieve performance goals and maintain records in the CRM system
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, or related field
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Proven sales track record, preferable in a related industry
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
