Job Description
SourceCode is seeking a dedicated International Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Provide accurate solutions to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a positive attitude in all situations.
- Document customer interactions and collaborate for process improvement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Customer-focused with multitasking abilities.
- Previous call center experience is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
This full-time position is based in Karachi only.
Night Shift: 9pm – 6am
Location: PECHS Block-3, Opposite Naheed Super Store.
