Job Description

Position Summary: Plutus21 Capital is seeking an International Sales Lead – Inbound to drive sales of products and services to international customers. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, identify sales opportunities, and maintain strong partner relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct B2B sales calls to present digital marketing products/services
- Handle inbound calls to understand prospect needs and present value propositions
- Identify upselling opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain customer relationships, offer solutions, and uphold high service standards
Requirements:
- Fluent in English with American/Neutral accent
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
- Sales flair, knowledge of sales operations, and flexibility in shifts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Nice to Have: Prior sales experience, especially in an international setting, and background in marketing or services agency.
